Kimberly has been married to Lawrence Shotwell for 29 years. They have 2 children, a son Jason Shotwell and a daughter Lauren S. Price and husband Mason J. Price. She has one grandaughter Macie T. Price. Kimberly has resided in the Roanoke Valley all of her life and is a graduate of Halifax Academy. She is also employed with Dr. A. R. Bhagwandass, D.M.D. Kimberly is the daughter of Adele Fox and the late Bobby J. Fox of Roanoke Rapids.
