Floyd Lee Wilson

Floyd Lee Wilson, 65, of 146 Morgan Trailer Court, Roanoke Rapids, died Tuesday, June 8, 2010, at  Halifax  Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Wilson was born March 16, 1945, to the late Robert Lee Wilson and Effie Stansbury Wilson.

He is survived  by his daughters: Terry Wilson, and  Rose Wilson Sanders and husband, Eddie; his brothers: Marvin Wilson and wife, Lourdis, and Robert “Bobby” Wilson and his wife, Debbie, all of Roanoke Rapids;   three grandchildren: Derrick Edmonds, Ricky Wilson Clements, and Mallory Wilson; a special friend, Mary  Williford; and a host of special nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Friday, June 11, 2010, at Crestview Memorial Cemetery at 1:00 P. M. conducted by Pastor Billy Meinsen.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 10, 2010, from 7:00 to 8:30 P. M. at Hockaday Funeral & Cremation Service which is handling the arrangements.
